Job Summary

The Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing the customer onboarding journey from contract signing through Go Live, ensuring a smooth implementation experience. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities, track progress, and ensure all

are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process through Go Live.
• Lead onboarding and project kickoff meetings with customers.
• Understand customer

requirements

and coordinate implementation with internal teams.

• Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
