About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedProduct Design Ledto define the design vision, strategy, and execution across our products. You will lead end-to-end product design, mentor designers, establish scalable design systems, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.

This role combines hands-on product design with leadership, driving both product quality and design excellence across the company.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall product design strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and production handoff.
Mentor and support designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into impactful product decisions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces.
Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all products.
Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
Champion user-centered design and data-informed decision making.
Leverage modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate design, validation, and implementation.
