About the role
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against the baseline schedule.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and project management teams.
- Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
- Track project milestones and critical paths.
- Support resource planning (labor, materials, and equipment).
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure projects comply with contractual deadlines and client expectations.

- Around 2-5 years of experience in planning for construction, fit-out, finishing, or real estate projects (depending on the seniority).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Primavera P6 (often essential)

- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- AutoCAD (preferred)
- Understanding of project scheduling techniques, CPM (Critical Path Method), and earned value concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English is typically preferred.
