Operations Manager, UTR, Amazon Now
About the role
Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for managing dark stores and hiring and developing a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.

responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks
Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams
Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches
Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy
Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
